All he is bothered about is whether it tastes and looks nice. Buying one is also a good idea because you will be able to choose the kind of cake, icing, coloring, or anything else that you want. If you want to personalize it some more, a good idea would be to get a few Bob the builder figures and stick them on top of the cake. A simple idea but that is all that is really needed.
